Your Experience Can Help Build a Better Picture
Some people report meaningful benefits.
Some report little or no effect.
Some experience unexpected reactions.
Others discover that dose, duration, route, timing, health status, or combination use may influence the outcome.
The Praxis Peptide Experience Registry is designed to collect those individual experiences in a structured way.
As more experiences are contributed, Praxis Peptide Institute can begin identifying patterns across peptide use, outcomes, tolerability, dosing, duration, demographics, and other important variables.

This questionnaire is designed to collect information about one peptide experience at a time.
You will be asked about:
You will not be asked to provide your name or date of birth as part of this submission.
Please answer as accurately as possible.
There are no “good” or “bad” experiences.
The value of the registry comes from capturing the entire experience.
If you have used multiple peptides, please complete a separate submission for each peptide experience whenever possible.
This allows the registry to analyze each peptide more accurately.
If you used multiple peptides together as part of the same experience, you will have an opportunity to report that within the questionnaire.
Submitted information may be combined with other responses and analyzed in aggregate to identify trends and patterns in real-world peptide use.
Individual submissions are not intended to establish proof of effectiveness or causation.
The registry is designed to generate real-world observational data that may help identify patterns, questions, and areas deserving further study.
The questionnaire should take approximately several minutes depending on the complexity of your experience.
